We are seeking an additional class teacher to join our flourishing and expanding school and teach our "Intelligently British" curriculum in deliberately small class sizes of around 15 students.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Principal. The Assistant Principal will be responsible for assisting the Principal in the day-to-day management and operations of the school. This includes overseeing curriculum development, supervising teaching staff, managing student behavior, coordinating extracurricular activities, and maintaining effective communication with parents and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Experience in educational leadership and management

Strong knowledge of the British national curriculum

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to mentor and support teaching staff

Experience in student behaviour management

Knowledge of assessment and evaluation techniques

Organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively with parents and stakeholders
