We welcome applications from students whose first language is not English for entry into our school, and experience shows us that with classroom immersion and one-to-one support, our students quickly develop English language skills.

Our school name is aspirational and evokes the idea of strong academics and our deliberately small class sizes reflect the practice of Oxbridge colleges to teach in small groups to personalise and enhance learning.  We are open to students of all abilities who are willing to learn and do their very best.

Our class sizes are deliberately small of around 15 students – meaning that we can significantly personalise individual learning and markedly enhance your child’s academic progress.

Our campus is ideally situated on San Wai Street in Hung Hom and easily accessible from all areas of Hong Kong. These MTR stations are close: Whampoa, Ho Man Tin (Kwun Tong Line) Hung Hom (East Rail Line), and the newly opened To Kwa Wan (Tuen Ma Line) and we are within easy walking distance of the Hung Hom Ferry Pier.  Regular bus services to TST Star Ferry and elsewhere pass close by the campus.

Our dedicated teachers are experienced in teaching the National Curriculum of England and Wales and we recruit well-qualified and committed teachers who build a wonderful relationship with our students. Our Chinese teachers come from Mainland China or Hong Kong and are native speakers.

We have good global links, in particular with the UK, and each summer students at Oxbridge will travel to our partner school in the UK where they will attend lessons and stay in boarding school accommodation to experience life in a leading UK school and will also have a cultural tour of the UK visiting famous landmarks and sights. After the COVID pandemic, our first tour,in 2023, to Bromsgrove School (one of the top schools in the UK) was a great success and in the Summer of 2024, we will be returning.  We also have an annual exchange with our partner school in Thailand and our first exchange, in November 2023, was enjoyed by all.

Our bespoke curriculum is built upon the highly respected National Curriculum of England and Wales, further enhanced, and with Mandarin taught in an equal time allocation with both English and Mathematics. Our teaching uses the outstanding thematic curriculum "Learning means the World". For further details, please refer to the curriculum.

Yes. We believe language development is critical in the early years. As a British curriculum school, our lessons are taught in the English language, but all classes study Chinese and receive lessons each week, blending Chinese language and culture. We teach Chinese in either simplified or traditional forms, depending on students' aptitude and prior experience.
