Oxbridge British School located in Hung Hom, has received its ‘Certificate of Provisional Registration of a School’ from the Hong Kong Education Bureau.
The school has worked hard over the past year to attain its certification from the various departments of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Mr. John Shooter, Founding Principal of Oxbridge British School, comments: “We are delighted to receive this Certificate from the EDB. There has been a great deal of interest from parents in Oxbridge School already and achieving provisional registration allows parents to make a formal application for their child to enrol at our distinctive, intelligently British, school, ready for the first day of the new academic year in August 2021"
He adds: “Parents clearly know that our deliberately small class sizes, each with a maximum of 15 students, will allow us to know and nurture each student and that our enhanced National Curriculum of England and Wales (also widely known as the British or U.K. Curriculum) provides stimulating and structured learning. Mandarin is important too, with regular lessons in both language and culture, as is an attractive and extra-curricular and sporting programme. Comprehensive support for any students with English as a second language completes the educational framework.”
