Oxbridge School is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Admissions Executive to join our team. This pivotal role supports our marketing and admissions strategy within a vibrant and supportive environment, offering excellent opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions & Enrolments:
- Collaborate with admissions colleagues to record and manage all inquiries, expressions of interest, and waiting lists using our CRM system.
- Provide guidance to parents on our Admissions Policy and the likelihood of places, ensuring clear and responsive communication throughout the process.
- Arrange and conduct visits for prospective parents, welcoming visitors and providing engaging tours of the school.
- Oversee the complete admissions process from initial contact to pupil entry, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulation.
- Maintain accurate records of available places at different entry points throughout the school year and communicate offers or declined places to parents.
- Report on admissions status to the Principal, sharing registration data with relevant colleagues at regular intervals.
Marketing Support:
- Assist with the planning and execution of admissions and marketing events, including Open Mornings, Taster Days, Parents’ Information Evenings, and Recruitment Fairs. Manage invitations and event logistics in collaboration with the Principal.
- Develop strategic relationships with agencies and kindergartens in Hong Kong and mainland China to enhance visibility and outreach.
- Contribute to the management of our social media channels, including content creation, SEO, and the development of digital and printed marketing materials. This includes video editing for online content and managing email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis of international schools in Hong Kong to inform strategic decisions.
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Experience:
- Proven experience in school admissions and/or marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Experience in content creation and SEO, using tools such as SEMRush or SurferSEO (if you hold experience with other tools will also be taken under consideration).
- Experience with G Suite.
- Knowledge of the UK British National Curriculum, either as a student or staff member, is a distinct advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable and inspirational personality.
- A sense of humour and a passion for education are essential!
- Experience working closely with education professionals and understanding the needs of an effective school is desirable.
