A quintessential part of British daily life is enjoying a nice cup of tea, especially if it is taken from your favourite teacup, with your chosen blend (Earl Grey, English Breakfast Tea...) and with the milk put into your cup before or after adding the tea, depending on your preference. At Oxbridge School, we proudly continue this tea-drinking tradition - and even have our own branded boxes of tea.

Tea drinking in the UK is a tradition that started in the 1660s when King Charles II and his wife popularised the drink, but the practice first started in China over five thousand years ago!

You can see in the picture part of the Principal's growing collection of old-style HK crockery, and he can often be found looking for another piece to add to his collection in his spare time!
